A space built on trust, consent and respect

Your safety & our boundaries

Feeling safe is an essential part of being able to soften, feel and explore. Whether you come for an Embodied Truth Session, Embodied Breath, a Touch Ritual or a Beauty Ritual, your personal boundaries, autonomy and pace are always respected.

Consent

Nothing happens without your consent.

Before any form of bodywork or conscious touch, we take time to clarify what feels comfortable for you. You are always free to say yes, no, not now or change your mind at any moment.

Consent is not something given once. It is an ongoing conversation.

Touch & Intimacy

Some of my work explores themes such as body awareness, intimacy, sensuality, sexuality and life energy. Depending on the session, conscious touch may be part of that exploration.

Touch is always intentional, professional and agreed upon beforehand. The purpose is never sexual gratification, but awareness, embodiment, connection and a deeper relationship with your own body.

The nature and boundaries of touch depend on the experience you choose and are always discussed before we begin.

Your body. Your choice.

You remain in charge of your body throughout the entire experience.

You never need to do anything to please me, meet an expectation or make a session “work”.

You can pause, change or stop an exercise or touch at any time. The same respect applies to my own personal and professional boundaries.

Confidentiality

What you share and experience within our work is treated with discretion and respect.

Creating a confidential space allows you to meet yourself with greater openness and honesty.

Professional scope

My sessions are intended to support body awareness, personal exploration, wellbeing and embodied self-development.

They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy or psychiatric care.

If something lies outside my professional scope, I will communicate this openly and, where appropriate, encourage you to seek support from a suitably qualified professional.

Questions are welcome

If you are unsure whether an experience is right for you, or have questions about touch, clothing, boundaries or what a session may involve, please ask.

Clarity creates safety. And safety creates space to feel.

Live Your Truth.
